Vendor Registration Fee and Admin Fees Agreement

This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between [“CKT GLOBAL INDUSTRIES”], hereinafter referred to as “CKTGLOBAL” and [Vendor], hereinafter referred to as “Vendor.”

Vendor Registration Fee

1.1 Vendor agrees to pay a one-time registration fee of RM399 to Admin upon signing this Agreement. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full before Vendor’s account is activated.

Admin Fees

2.1 After confirmation of the customer’s purchase, Vendor agrees to pay Admin a 12% transactions fee on the total transaction value of each successful purchase made through the website. The fee will be automatically deducted from the Vendor’s account balance and payable to cktglobal of the successful purchase.

Compliance with the Law

3.1 Vendor agrees not to sell any illegal, prohibited, or unlawful products or services in the country where the transactions take place.

3.2 Cktglobal reserves the right to suspend or terminate Vendor’s account without notice if any illegal activities or non-compliance with the law are identified.

Withdrawal of Sales Transactions

4.1 Vendor must submit a withdrawal request to cktglobal for every sales transaction made through the platform.

4.2 Withdrawal requests must include accurate and up-to-date bank account details for funds transfer.

4.3 Admin will process the withdrawal within 2 business days after receiving the request and transfer the funds to the provided bank account.

Returns and Refunds

5.1 Vendor is responsible for promptly and professionally responding to and resolving customer returns.

5.2 If a return is approved, Vendor agrees to process the refund within 3 business days after receiving the returned item.

5.3 If a refund is required, cktglobal reserves the right to deduct the refund amount from Vendor’s account balance.

Termination

6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing a written notice of 14 days.

6.2 Termination does not release the Vendor from any outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred before the termination date.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
